Radishes

Connie Veenker started creating fabric and paper collages to explore abstraction and color.

This led to a desire to create specific images in a larger format with more intense color. Large acrylic paintings fit the bill.

"I wanted to take everyday things as close to an abstract image as possible without losing the structure."

She continues to do both forms and has moved into abstraction.
